Arthur Robins is one of Orchard's most brilliant illustrators. His hilarious drawings have appeared in countless advertisements, magazines and animations, as well as more than fifty picture books. Peter Mayle described Arthur's work as "witty, surprising and, in its own weird way, charming. They should put up a statue to him in Guilford."

Arthur illustrates the popular Seriously Silly Stories, by Laurence Anholt. This series is a topsy turvy take on traditional tales including Shampoozel, Little Red Riding Wolf and Snow White and the Seven Aliens the Smarties award-winner. Also available for younger readers are the Seriously Silly Rhymes including Mary, Mary, Fried Canary and Old King Cole Played in Goal. He has also written and illustrated the picture book The Blacksmith and the Giant a truly modern fairy-tale.
His newest title, Baby Christmas, publishing in September 2006, tells the story of Baby Christmas who wants to be just like his daddy. Arthur's witty and charming illustrations bring Michael Lawrence's Christmas adventure to life.
Arthur lives near Guilford, Surrey with his wife and two daughters. They are looking for a cat.
